In April this year, the "Digital Scripture Cave", the world’s first time-lapse participatory museum under the guidance of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and jointly created by the Dunhuang Research Institute and Tencent, was officially launched. It integrates digital technologies such as high definition photography, physical rendering of game engines and global dynamic lighting to "tell the truth" of the precious cultural relics stored in the Scripture Cave and its century-old room. The upcoming international version of the Digital Scripture Cave is also committed to displaying a more vivid and palpable image of Chinese culture, bringing a more immersive, intuitive and zero-threshold new cultural experience to overseas users.
