Chinese modernization is a modernization with a huge population. Up to now, no more than 30 countries and regions in the world have achieved modernization, with a total population of no more than 1 billion. By 2035, "the common prosperity of all the people has made more obvious substantive progress" and by 2050, "the common prosperity of all the people has basically been realized", which is a highly conscious and firm practice of Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s essential requirements. Chinese modernization is a modernization in which material civilization and spiritual civilization are in harmony. Chinese-style modernization requires both rich material civilization and developed spiritual civilization, adheres to the socialist core values, strengthens the education of ideals and beliefs, promotes the excellent Chinese traditional culture, strengthens the people’s spiritual strength, promotes the all-round enrichment of things and the all-round development of people, and writes a magnificent chapter of spiritual rejuvenation on the road of national rejuvenation. Chinese modernization is the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. 3. Spirit: Self-confidence, self-improvement, integrity and innovation, and constantly push forward Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era with the spirit of hard work and promising.

Engels pointed out: "A political party that knows its own purpose and how to achieve it, a political party that really wants to achieve this goal and has the indomitable spirit necessary to achieve this goal — — Such a political party will be invincible. " The Communist Party of China (CPC) is such a political party. To maintain such a mental state of self-confidence, self-improvement, integrity and innovation, we must keep in mind and adhere to the "three musts".

Be modest and prudent and work hard. It is a long way to go to build a socialist modern country in an all-round way and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. All thoughts of coveting comfort and unwilling to continue hard struggle are unacceptable, and all thoughts of being complacent and unwilling to continue to forge ahead are unacceptable.

The great changes in the world in the past century have accelerated the evolution, and various foreseeable and unpredictable risk challenges are bound to follow, and their complexity and severity will be unprecedented. 4. Goal: Take two steps, from basically realizing socialist modernization to fully building a powerful socialist modernization country.
