  In terms of automation rate, from the perspective of the four major processes of the traditional car factory (stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly), the stamping line of the Sailis Super Factory uses a fully automatic stamping line of 7,700 tons, which can achieve flexible production of steel and aluminum parts. Up to 16 sheet metal parts can be produced per minute, and the production process is also 100% automated. In the welding workshop, it is also 100% automatic welding, but in this factory, due to the high proportion of aluminum body parts, there are more assembly links for riveting and hot-melt self-tapping screws than in the production line of traditional steel bodies. The paint shop is also 100% automated, and the tires, seats, glass, dashboard, front and rear suspension, battery packs, etc. in the final assembly process are also assembled in an automated manner.
